Yes, our cabins walls and ceilings are insulated with wool and the floors are insulated with polystyrene blocks.

Yes we deliver the cabin to you and collect when you are finished with it. 

Delivery is charged based on your location. Our cabins are  transported to site on a large trailer and moved into place by our builders. If our team can have access to the property with a gap of at least 3m wide to fit the trailer onto site, they can do the rest.  If a hiab is needed to lift over fences etc, we can arrange this and extra charges will apply.

Yes, you will need approval from your landlord to have the cabin on your rental property site. 

We supply rental cabins to the Waikato area.

The Building Act 2004 has an exemption that covers the construction of small buildings such as garden sheds, cabins or sleepouts that are of less than 30m2 from the requirement for a building consent, provided that some conditions are met. Please read guidance to make sure that the installing of a cabin at your property will fall within the conditions of exemption 3. building.govt.nz

Yes, we ask for a $200.00 bond to secure your cabin, and at the end of hire period this is returned to you, as long as the cabin is returned in good condition.

Yes, and we supply an external power lead and adapter.  All electrical work on the cabins has been carried out by a NZ registered electrician and they all have an electrical certificate of compliance

Contact us giving 4 weeks notice and we will arrange a time with you to collect the cabin.

No, there is no time frame that you are locked in to hire the cabin. We just ask for 4 weeks notice to terminate the contract and we arrange to come and collect the cabin.
